The ART HALL auction house is held on a regular basis in the old halls of the house No. 38 on Bolshaya Morskaya Street in the historical center of St. Petersburg, where the Imperial Society for the Encouragement of Arts was previously located; now it houses the Union of Artists of St. Petersburg.
