Pair of silver pocket watches with enamel decoration, created for the Persian market
Unique pocket watches with silver bodies adorned with hand-painted enamel depicting the two Qajar Shahs: Mozaffar ad-Din Shah Qajar and Ahmad Shah Qajar.
They feature three silver covers (two rear and one front), signed porcelain dials (likely created in Istanbul for the Persian market), and mechanical movements with hand-engraved decorations. They come with matching keys for winding the mechanism.
Well-preserved for their age and appear to be in working condition; however, the auction house does not take responsibility for their condition and sells them as is.
Diameter: approximately 50 mm
Total weight: 188.5 grams
