In silver with white, green, and red enamels, with red glass cabochon in the center, Paulonia flowers suspension, original ribbon with hook and eye. Original balsa wood frame box with black lacquer finish, gilt Japanese characters on the lid, recessed medal bed and padded purple silk lining.
