A SET OF RUSSIAN SILVER MILK PITCHER & SUGAR BOWL
A Russian set of a milk jug and a sugar bowl, made of 88 silver in the same style. The items are gilded inside. Installed on 4 legs, the bodies are decorated with a relief plate with the SI (Cyrillic) monogram, and the handles are decorated with a silver 1899 ruble coin with a portrait of Nicholas II. Hallmarks: the maker's initials DN (Cyrillic), and 88 silver standard next to a woman's head in a kokoshnik turned to the left. Weight: 343 g.
