Nikolay Evgenievich Muratov (Russian, 1908-1992) unique caricature mixed media painting on paper, an original maquette of a poster, There is a Utes on the Volga (XXII Congress of the CPSU Volzhskaya Hydroelectric Power Station). Signed and inscribed on verso. Muratov, a Russian Soviet graphic artist, Honored Artist of the RSFSR. Member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists, one of the organizers of the creative association Battle Pencil.
