A black and white chalk and red sanguine on paper drawing by Alexander Evgenievich Yakovlev. The artwork depicts a standing young nude woman of a thick build with her arms down. Signed with initials lower left. Alexander Yakovlev, 1887 to 1938, Russian painter and graphic artist, who mostly painted in the neoclassical style, lived in exile after 1917.
