ETCHING BAGNANTE SEDUTA ATTR TO GIORGIO DE CHIRICO
Attributed to Giorgio de Chirico, 1888 to 1978, an etching and aquatint in colors on paper depicting a female portrait titled, Bagnante Seduta, or Bather Sitting, 1931. Signed lower right in pencil. Framed. Giorgio de Chirico was an Italian artist and writer born in Greece. In the years before World War I, he founded the scuola metafisica art movement, which profoundly influenced the surrealists. Italian Prints And Art Collectibles.
