An antique French etching on paper published by Paul Andre Basset. The old 18th century engraving depicts luxurious gardens and a palace in the distance. Inscribed Vue perspective d une Maison de plaisance du Pape lower to the center. Matted and framed. Paul Andre Basset, 1785 to 1819, was a French publisher active in Pairs during the second half of the 18th century and the early years of the 19th century.
