RARE ANCIENT BYZANTINE LANTERN WITH INSCRIPTIONS
A rare ancient Byzantine lantern, dating from 300 to 600 AD, featuring four open sides. The lantern is adorned with masks on the top. It rests on four feet and is crowned with a round cylindrical finial. The inscriptions on the bottom may reveal important historical, religious, or ceremonial details.
