CLIVE BARKER ENGLISH PRINT THE DEAD HAVE HIGHWAYS
Print on paper by Clive Barker, born 1952, an English artist, film director, and writer. Barker came to prominence in the mid-1980s with a series of short stories, the Books of Blood, which established him as a leading horror writer. This lot is a reproduction of an ink drawing with the quote from The Book of Blood which starts with the words The dead have highways. Signed by the artist and dated 1988 in plate in the lower right. Hand-signed by the artist and dated August 26th, 1995 underneath. Unframed. Collectible Graphic Art Prints, Horror Illustrations.
