SOVIET ERA KAZBEK CIGARETTE PACKS
A lot of 5 packs of Kazbek papirosas, a Soviet cigarette brand. In the USSR of the Stalin period, Kazbek was an indicator of belonging to the upper strata of society, since Kazbek cost several times more than other cigarettes. The author of the pack design, artist Robert Grabbe, wanted to please Joseph Stalin by creating an image that reminded the Soviet leader of his homeland.
