With very nice 7 line dedication written & signed by the holy author when he was Rabbi in Szikso.

The Holy Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Ehrenfeld (1835-1883), was known after his Sefer the "Chasan Sofer". One of the greatest rabbis of Hungary and the grandson of the Chasam Sofer. Studied with his father, Rabbi David Zvi Ehrenfeld and his uncle the "Kesav Sofer" at the Pressburg Yeshiva. Served as a rav in Beklan and Sikso, where he taught his disciples Torah. Since 1877, he was the rav of Matersdorf and had many disciples. Gedolei HaDor greatly appreciated and respected him. After his passing, he left additonal Seforim and writings on Halacha and Aggadah. In a eulogy for him it was said that "The young Chasam Sofer has passed away and it seems as if today Moron the Chasam Sofer was taken from us".
The recipient the famous Shtadlan, Harav Yitzchak Itzhak Deutch, was born in 1808 in Pressburg. A student of Maran the Chatham Sofer. After his marriage, he lived in Vienna, a well-known philantrophist who stood up for his folk and overturned many decrees. At his initiative, the Gaon Rabbi Binyamin Shlomo Zalman Spitzer was brought to Vienna to serve in the rabbinate.
Through his efforts, the utra-Orthodox from Hungary were allowed to build the famous Shifshuhl synagogue in 1874
.
He died in 1856. On his tall His tombstone in Pressburg is inscribed "A man dear to his people, a minister and great in Israel... a counselor and intercessor in the house of the king and the ministers... the president of the Holy Land"
