A long nice letter from Rabbi Benyamin Zev Wolf Sofer-Zussman, author of Chalifot Simlat Binyamin. Dated 1874, addressed to the Maharam Schick.
Rabbi Wolf Sofer (1826-1878) – One of the great Hungarian Rabbis and a prolific speaker. He studied under the Chasam Sofer, Ksav Sofer, and was a very close disciple of the Maharam Schick. He served as Rabbi of Chevras Shas of Budapest.
