גם אני מתכוון לקיים מצוות ישוב אר"י והננו קונה חלק נחלה בארץ הקדושה – מכתב מעוניין הגאון רבי חנוך העניך פאק I, too, intend to fulfill the mitzvah of Yishuv Ari and we are buying a part of the land in the Holy Land – a letter interested in the gaon Rabbi Chanoch Ha'anich Pak A letter from the Gaon Rabbi Chanoch ha-Anich Pak in which he writes about fulfilling the mitzvot of settling in the Land of Israel and buying an estate in the Holy Land – in the year 1922 Rabbi Chanoch ha-Anich Pak 14 Dayan Dekak Kashui Baal Zichron Yosef and others – a clear teacher, for many years he served as a dayan in Kashui and after the passing of Gaon Rabbi Shaul Brach managed the affairs of the city. The Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Anagil wrote about him that he is a clear teaching teacher and that most of the instructions in the city of Kashoi are done by him (Responsa of the Rashag 87:16). Harav Chanoch Henoch Pak Hy"d, Dayan in Košice, authored Zichron Yosef. He was a brilliant halachic master who served for many years as a dayan and later managed all Jewish affairs in the city following the passing of Hagaon Harav Shaul Brach.
