Made by KCS Industries Inc. Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Does have a small hole in front about the size of a 22 caliber at the bottom of s in Budweiser and a small crack on top edge of frame , also a small discolored streak in Center but overall is in great condition with a fancy embossed frame and has a great look! With a taped on Masonite backer. 20 20 1/2 in x 31 1/2 in.
