Battle of Britain 50th Anniv Signed 5 B of B Pilots. 26 My 01 Mildenhall CDS postmark. Battle of Britain Invasion Mouth 222 Squadron RAF Hornchurch September 1940 No 11 Group HQ Uxbridge. Personally Signed by 5 Battle of Britain fighter pilots: L. W. Harvey Battle of Britain fighter pilot with 54 and 245 Sqdns. K. N. T. Lee, 501 Sqn Battle of Britain, Dunkirk pilot WW11 Ace. Wing Commander K W Mackenzie DFC AFCAE President of the Hawker Hurricane Society. Battle of Britain Pilot with No 43 and 501 Squadron. WW11 Ace. MacKenzie was hit by heavy flak from the ground defences and ditched in the sea. He took to his dinghy, paddled to the shore and was captured. He was in various camps before finishing up at Stalag Luft 111, Sagan. And helped with the Wooden. V R Snell 151 and 501 Sqns. On the 26th September 1940 destroyed a BF 109 on 25th October was then shot down himself over Cranbrook in Hurricane N2438. Snell commanded 125 Sqn at Stradishall from October 1945 until it was disbanded on November 20. Ken Wilkinson 616 and 19 Sqn's Battle of Britain Spitfire Fighter Pilot. Certified Copy No 9 of 12.
