Ladino - a fancy case with an official state silver medal and a ladino,
first offered for sale February 2002, designed by the painter and illustrator Ben-Zion Nachmias.
State silver medal - "Ladino" (Spanish). The language of the descendants of deportees from Spain that prevailed after the expulsion (1492) throughout the Ottoman Empire, in central Europe and in southern and northern Morocco.
Weight: 62 grams, purity: 0.999, diameter: 50 mm. Maximum quantity: 800.
The medal was issued with the assistance and advice of H. Yitzhak Navon and Mordechai Arbel.
