Freelance photographer who has photographed in all Rubinstein competitions, since the first in 1974 on May 26th.
Rozanski was born in Vilnius (Vilna), Lithuania, studied photography and in 1957 moved to Krakow, Poland to study engineering until 1965. He later immigrated to Israel. He personally knew Arthur Rubinstein and legendary competition director Yasha Bistritzky.
