4. Collection and Shipping: Buyers are responsible for the collection or shipping arrangements of purchased items. All items must be collected within the specified timeframe, and storage fees may apply for delays. Cullens of Surrey assumes no responsibility for items once they have been sold.
5. Liability: Cullens of Surrey disclaims all liability for any errors in listings, advertisements, or other auction materials. Participation in the auction is at the bidder’s own risk, and Cullens of Surrey will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the auction process.
