Roger William Curtis (1910 - 2000) Oil on Canvas, Signed, Measures ( x inches ) w/frame ( x inches ) Born in Gloucester, Massachusetts, Roger Curtis studied through extension courses at Boston University and the Harvard University Museum School in Boston. He also did private study with Aldro T Hibbard. A long time resident of Gloucester, he was President and Treasurer of the North Shore Arts Association. He wrote and illustrated a book titled: How to Paint Successful Seascapes.
