Collection of Beautifully Etched Hardcover Library of American History by Edward S. Ellis, 1918

Nine volumes of Edward S. Ellis' Library of American History: From the Discovery of America to the Present Time books. This collection has a beautifully etched cover and spine depicting famous American scenes. The pages are edged with a marbled design and the interior is illustrated. Measuring H 9.75 W 7 D 2 inches. 

Condition: Each volume has its own condition and unique signs of wear, but overall they are in good condition with some signs of wear to the covers and spines. They are structurally sound and all pages appear to be present and without rips or tears. 


Edward Sylvester Ellis(1840-1916) was an American author. Ellis was a teacher, school administrator, journalist, and the author of hundreds of books and magazine articles he produced by his name and several pen names.
