A LARGE TURKISH FLINTLOCK BRASS-MOUNTED PISTOL, 19TH CENTURY
Ottoman Empire flintlock pistol with an octagonal and then round barrel with a flattened top engraved with thunder. The lockplate is decorated with engraving and a swan-neck hammer. Brass mounts are engraved with floral motifs. The walnut stock is carved and decorated with bone inlay. Original ramrod.
