A SILVER FILIGREE SPICE TOWER
London, 1899. Possibly by Henry Stratford. On an octagonal base with filigree supports that connect to a knobbed stem. The main section consists of a six sided filigree body, each corner fitted with a flag and a bell. Fitted with the original flag that is hallmarked matching the base. 8.5� tall.
