A large album illustrated with twelve photographs from Jerusalem and Palestine – the Dome of the Rock, Gethsemane, the Mount of Olives, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Jaffa as seen from the sea, Hebron and elsewhere, alongside twelve arrangements of pressed flowers. Nine of the photographs are signed in the plate: Hamböck.
Fine olivewood binding. The inscription "Jerusalem" is printed on the front board both in Hebrew and Latin characters, surrounded by a wood marquetry border. Identical wood marquetry border on back board.
[13] ff., approx. 21X28 cm. Good condition. Some stains. Creases and several small tears to edges. Blemishes to flower arrangements. One leaf detached. Some tissue guards detached or partly detached. Binding partly detached, with blemishes and small fractures to edges.
