מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון , הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, י"ב אב תש"כ [1960].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, ובתוספת מילים בכתב ידו.
נשלח אל "ועד הרשת [רשת אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש בארץ הקודש] אזור ירושלים", בענין פעולת חברי הוועד במגבית ובגיוס כספים, "שזהו מתפקידים הראשיים של ועד הרשת, ובפרט שבירושלים... נמצאים כו"כ מאנ"ש".
בהמשך מכתבו מוסיף הרבי: "כיון שבתי ספר הרשת נחוצים והכרחיים הם, תקוותי חזקה שיעשו בזה ככל המוטל עליהם", ומסיים, "בברכת הצלחה בעבודת הקדש הנ"ל, מתוך מרץ הכי גדול, בשמחה ובטוב לבב – המחכה לבשו"ט".
