Zacutus Lusitanus Medicus Doctor Aetatis Suae LXVI Ao 1642 ["זכותוס לוזיטנוס, רופא, בשנת 66 לחייו, 1642"], תחריט. [פרנקפורט, תי"ב 1652].
אברהם זכות (1575–1642), רופא, סופר ומדען יליד פורטוגל. בן למשפחת אנוסים ומצאצאי האסטרונום אברהם זכות. בשנת 1625 נמלט לאמשטרדם מאימת האינקוויזיציה ושם חזר ליהדות. הדיוקן נדפס באוסף הדיוקנאות Bibliotheca Chalcographica שליקט וערך Jean Jacques Boissard.
