גלויה, כ-14.5 ס"מ. מצב טוב. כתמים ובלאי.
הרה"ק רבי דוד משה פרידמן מטשורטקוב נפטר בהושענא רבא תרס"ד [תשרי 1903], ותאריך הדפסת הגלויה הוא כנראה בשנים הראשונות לאחר פטירתו.
