סדור בית תפלה, כפי מנהג קהל קדוש ספרדים, מדי חדש בחדשו ומדי שבת בשבתו. ונציה, דפוס פואה ו-(Bragadina), [תקל"ד 1774].
מעבר לשער איור מזמור "למנצח" בצורת מנורה. באותה השנה נדפסו מהדורות מקבילות כמנהג אשכנזים וכמנהג איטאלייאני.
קיב, קיא-קל דף. 17 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב בינוני-טוב. כתמים. בלאי. קרעים, בהם קרעים חסרים עם פגיעות בטקסט במספר דפים, משוקמים בחלקם בהדבקות נייר (עם השלמה בכתב-יד במספר מקומות). מספר דפים מנותקים בחלקם. כריכה ישנה, עם פגמים.
