Vasily Kamensky (Василий Васильевич Каменский; 1884-1961), Russian poet, playwright, and artist, a prominent figure of the Russian Futurist movement and a member of the Futurist poets' group "Hylaea", alongside his friends Vladimir Mayakovsky, Alexei Kruchenykh, Elena Guro, Velimir Khlebnikov, and David Burliuk.
A photographic portrait of Kamensky appears in the beginning of the volume.
