Stefansky Chassidut no. 304. Concerning place of printing and date see: Y. Yudlov, Ginzei Yisrael, no. 1155. There: "It is doubtful that the book was printed there [in Ostroh] and that it was printed on that date". The place and date suggested there: Zholkeva?, c. 1800.
