Missing copy. 2-40, 42-173, 177-179 leaves (originally: 174, 177-179 leaves; missing: title page, leaf 41, and leaf 174). 33 cm. Varied condition of leaves, fair-poor. Stains, moisture and mildew stains, moth marks, coarse tears to margins, paper paste. Detached leaves, unbound.
