5 Handmade Baskets w/ Jesse Butcher (1915-1996)
Five Handmade Baskets w/ Jesse Butcher (1915-1996). Four of the baskets are made with oak splits. The largest measures 22" Long X 16" Wide. The smallest in a wall basket that measures 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" X 10" High. Group includes a white oak basket signed by Jesse Butcher, fan basket. There is an almost identical basket circa 1987 by Mr. Butcher in the collection of the Smithsonian Institution. Measures 12 3/4" high x 12 1/2" long x 8 1/2" wide. Condition - All baskets in this group are in good condition.
