Constantinople, Yonah ben Ya’akov Ashkenazi, 1719.
The author (d. 1717) was a rabbi in Constantinople and member of the prestigious Alfandari family. The work is divided into two parts; novellae on the nature of the laws of the Agunah (chained women), and responsa on the same subject.
