Two items including a Californian, probably Panamint, basketry bowl, having geometric decoration employing willow, devil's claw and Joshua Tree root stitching over willow bundle coils, six coils and over twenty stitches per inch, having intricate rim ticking; together with a Papago basket
Condition: Very Good to Good, wear to 3-inch section of rim ticking of Panamint basket, other occasional worn stitches; dirt accumulation to interior of Papago basket leaving shadows of objects once contained; overall light wear consistent with age and normal use
