American School (19th century), Folk Art Landscape, Hudson River Valley, charcoal and chalk on sandpaper, a river scene with figures in a boat and a house, unsigned. The frame is a good lemon gilt period example.
Dimensions: Sight is 17 1/2" x 21 1/2", the frame 23 1/2" x 27 12".
Condition:
Appears to be in excellent condition, not examined out of the frame.
