His collection reflects his interest in the Delaware Valley, with an emphasis on mid 18th through early 19th century silversmiths and figured hardwoods vetted by his discerning eye for form and surface. Among the highlights are a Thomas Stretch Philadelphia clock, a collection of figured maple furniture, and silver by noted makers such as Joseph Richardson Sr. and Richard Humphreys.

A set of six spoons, each monogrammed H.T. and with a feathered edge and a shell decorated bowl back. Each marked as pictured. 

 

Dimensions: each is 4 1/2" long, the total approximate weight is 1 troy ounce. 

 

Provenance: Property from the Collection of C. Thomas Attix Jr., East Windsor, New Jersey.

All in good condition with some expected wear.
