His collection reflects his interest in the Delaware Valley, with an emphasis on mid 18th through early 19th century silversmiths and figured hardwoods vetted by his discerning eye for form and surface. Among the highlights are a Thomas Stretch Philadelphia clock, a collection of figured maple furniture, and silver by noted makers such as Joseph Richardson Sr. and Richard Humphreys.

A Sarouk Rug, Central Persia, Late 19th Century. The large midnight blue field with cream central medallion, having floral tendrils throughout. The rose color main border with with tendrils and floral blossoms.

Condition:
Wear commensurate with age and use. The ends and edges are in generally good condition overall. Losses to fringes.
