Reinata Sadimba frequently addresses the theme of motherhood
in the first person but also in a universal way. In Mozambican reality,
women "carry" their children on their backs, paradoxically it is a
happiness that hurts due to the lack of resources to raise the
children, in most cases autonomously women suffer this fate. In the case
of "My Twins, " the mother with hands on her head still manages to
portray a smiling face, understanding resignation, a tolerated tolerance:
the maternal condition.

les femmes "portent" leurs enfants sur leur dos, paradoxalement c'est un
bonheur qui fait mal en raison du manque de ressources pour élever les
enfants, dans la plupart des cas les femmes subissent ce destin de manière autonome. Dans le cas
de "Mes jumeaux", la mère avec les mains sur la tête parvient toujours à
afficher un visage souriant, comprenant la résignation, une tolérance tolérée :
la condition maternelle.
