Late 19th Century "The Jolly Marble Game" Paper Litho on Wood
Patented March 1, 1892, early lithographed paper on wood marble game contains hinged vertical tier depicting early circus performers seemingly hovering; amusing action when marble is dropped from cup to cup and finally resting in the scoring pyramid on bottom section. Good condition with vibrant colors. The top of the game has some wrinking in the litho with the clow. Some scratching and loss to the scoring area. Scratches and edge damage consistent with age. Measures 21 inches tall and 19.5 inches long when set in playing position. See Photos
