Late 19th Century "The Jolly Marble Game" Wood and Paper w/Reading Girl Illustration
Game is marked "The Jolly Marble Game", and is paper on wood. Estimated to be before the version with clowns due to the noted patent application instead of a date. Shows various figures ready to catch marble when dropped from the top. These figures includes Tom Quick, E Peltiah Wayback, Mike McGinty, Old Grimes NG and C Fop Dudelet. Some lifting to paper with other signs of loss, cracking and staining. The colors remain vibrant throughout. and some edge wear to wood. Measures 21 inches tall and 19 long when opened. See Photos
