Novellae and pilpul on Shulchan Aruch, section Choshen Mishpat, by Rav Dovid Povarsky, later to become Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Ponevezh.
At the time of the sefer's print, Rav Dovid Povarsky was a young Avrech, only 31 years old. In his sefer's introduction, he thanks his Rabbonim of the Mir Yeshiva, from whom he had the merit of learning from.
