Pr Chinese Republic Jing Yuan Tang Cloisonne Vases
Pair of Chinese Republic cloisonne vases, marked Jing Yuan Tang along the underside. Of bottle form and decorated throughout with peaches, blossoming shrubs, and bats against a yellow fretted wirework ground.
Each; Height: 10 3/4 in x diameter: 6 1/2 in.
Condition: The vases are in good condition with no visible dents, cracks, or losses. No sign of restoration under UV inspection. Along the underside of both of the vases, there is light wear, consistent with age and use. One of the vases has two spots of oxidation to the rim; there is an unevenness to the surface of the peach. The other vase has a minute dent to the right of the peach; there is a dent and a loss of enamel to the peach; along the underside, there is an area of oxidation; wear to the underside, consistent with age and use.
