Alfred Chaney Johnston (American, 1885-1971). Gelatin silver print photograph depicting showgirl Naomi Johnson, active from 1922-1930. She appeared in Ziegfeld Follies, for whom Johnston was a regular photographer, throughout the mid- to late-1920s.
Height: 14 1/2 in x width: 11 in.
Condition: Light scuffs and scratches throughout the surface. Creases along the upper left corner. Small burn mark along the lower left corner. Soiling along the edges and verso. Light handling marks throughout. The work is not framed.
