Rococo Style Oil on Canvas Painting
Oil on canvas painting depicting a man playing a flute with three women in a landscape. In a Rococo-style giltwood frame.
Sight; height: 27 1/2 in x width: 53 1/2 in. Framed; height: 34 in x width: 58 in x depth: 2 1/2 in.
Condition: The colors are faded. There is craquelure throughout, though the surface is stable. There are no major visible tears. When viewed under UV light, there are some signs of restoration along the left third of the painting, especially along the lower left corner and the man's waist. Light soiling along the verso. Housed within a wooden frame; light wear to the frame. Not inspected out of frame.
