Sefer Migdanos Eliezer, R. Eliezer Zucker of Beregszász, Bratislava 1921. The Stropkover Rebbe's Personal Copy.
Sefer Migdanos Eliezer contains Drashos and speeches of R. Eliezer Zucker, Rabbi of Beregszász. It was published in 1921 by his son, the Ga'on R. Shlomo Zucker. R. Eiezer Zucker was the son-in-law of the Great 'Kol Aryeh' of Mad.
R. Yechezkel Shraga Lifschitz was born in 1908 in the town of Stropkov. In his youth he studied in Ungvar (Uzhorod), under R. Avraham Yosef Greenwald and R. Yosef Elimelech Kahana, who was the Rabbi of Ungvar.
Present in this copy are many ownership inscriptions and signatures of the Rebbe from his youth while in Ungvar. Also seen is his signature in Hungarian - LIPSCHITZ HASKEL UZHOROD.
Good condition. Original binding, worn, detached.
