Sefer Kiryas Melech Rav — Volume I, Constantinople 1751. First Edition.
A complete copy of Sefer Kiryas Melech Rav, a commentary on Rambam written by R. Yehudah Navon, son of R. Efraim Navon, author of Machaneh Efraim.
R. Navon served as Rabbi of Jerusalem in the late 1700’s. His approbations can be found in several important works of his day, including that of the Chida. See, for example his approbation to Chida’s Sha’ar Yosef. The Chida held him in high esteem and often quotes his rulings in his works.
Volume I only. Also printed in this volume is Responsa of R. Navon.
In very good condition. Light worming seen in inner margins of some pages, with no loss of text.
