CIVIL WAR ACCURATE HOOP DRESS
Civil War accurate costume, with a separate hoop skirt, all hand made. Waist is adjustable for both the hoop skirt and waist corset bow. Costume can be made to fit a petite waist up to around a size 14, however, hook and eye back closure is in a fixed size of Large.
