Fine Rare Swedish Halberd, 17th c.
Fine rare Swedish halberd, circa 1697 / late 17th century with a long slender four sided spike, axe head face, and read straight terminating spike, the shaft is later but includes a rare steel loop to the center at the base of the strapped steel. Typical used halberd for commissioned officers of the Swedish Royal Guard. Size 90 1/2" L, blade 7" L
