Presented here is an original UK pressing of Blood, Sweat & Tears 3, the third studio album by the jazz-rock band Blood, Sweat & Tears, released in 1970 on CBS Records. This album follows their Grammy-winning Blood, Sweat & Tears (1968) and includes the hit Lucretia MacEvil as well as covers of songs by James Taylor (Fire and Rain) and Traffic (40,000 Headmen).
The gatefold sleeve features full-color images of the band and production credits, and the record comes with its original CBS inner sleeve, showcasing advertisements for other CBS artists such as Leonard Cohen, Santana, Simon & Garfunkel, and Johnny Cash.
Condition Report (Based on Visual Inspection):
Vinyl Record: Appears glossy with minor visible surface marks. No significant scratches are visible that would likely impact playability.
Outer Sleeve (Cover): Shows signs of age-related wear, including light staining, discoloration, and edge wear. Small writing on the top right corner and an old price sticker are present.
Inner Sleeve: CBS-branded paper sleeve, somewhat wrinkled and creased, with some tearing at the edges.
Gatefold Interior: Displays well with bright colors but has some signs of wear along the fold.
Label: Orange CBS label, clean and intact, marked "Made in England."
