Village People – Go West (1979) LP Vinyl Album (Casablanca Records)
This is an original 1979 pressing of Go West by the Village People, released on Casablanca Records. The album features the disco classics In the Navy and Go West, both of which became anthems of the disco era. The record was produced by Jacques Morali, who helped define the group's signature sound and flamboyant image.
The album includes its original Casablanca-branded inner sleeve, and the cover retains its original hype sticker advertising the hit singles and a full-color poster (poster not verified in the images).
Condition Report (Based on Visual Inspection):
Vinyl Record: Appears clean and glossy with minor surface marks. No deep scratches or visible warping.
Outer Sleeve (Cover): Still in original shrink wrap with hype sticker attached. Some light corner wear is visible.
Inner Sleeve: Original Casablanca-branded sleeve, intact with light age-related wear.
Label: Classic Casablanca label featuring album artwork, clean and legible.
A well-preserved copy of a disco-era classic, ideal for collectors and fans of '70s dance music.
